Hello All!
We hope everyone is having an amazing New Year, we are so excited to be a part of your 2022! As we move into this roller coaster of chilly weather, we are reminded that January happens to be National Hot Tea Month. Our Office staff loves getting a warm drink every morning from the coffee bar, Melissa likes her tea sweet, Sophia, like her hot tea with a splash of lemon and a good amount of honey, Ashley prefers chai tea and Chanda being the adventurous one likes to try all kinds of teas, but her go-to is chai tea.
Let’s not forget that today January 17 is also Martin Luther King jr. Day. Dr. King once said " If you can't fly - run. If you can't run- walk. If you can't walk - Crawl. But whatever you do you have to keep moving forward." This is a great reminder to stay focused on any upcoming goals or resolutions you may have set for yourself. We know how important staying healthy is and we are here to help in any way we can. Our amazing Wellness Team will be hosting a Wellness Seminar this Thursday the 20th, from 6p-8p. there will be tons of information on Dieting Myths, how to feel better in your body, and will cover the importance of mindfulness, eating enough, and mindset shifts, there will also be complimentary chair massages and a guest speaker. this will be taking place in the lobby by the leasing office. More information is provided in the flyer below, we hope to see many of you there.
A Few Community Reminders
* Trash Pickup is Everyday - Trash bags must be in the provided trash bins tied tightly and placed outside your door between 6p-8p. Your trash bin must be brought into your apartment by 9 am every day to avoid potential fines.
* As much as we love each of your fur babies, we can't say the same about their droppings. Please remember to always pick up after your babies.
*Garage Parking is only for Residents all Visitors must find parking along the outside of the building.
* Towing - Will be enforced on all unauthorized parking spots (Future Resident Parking is included during business hours.) Mon.-Fri. 8:30AM -5:00PM Saturday 10AM-5PM
